If our product does not suit you for any reason, we offer a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

How does the guarantee work?

This guarantee is provided in addition to the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

We want you to shop without risk, so you can try the VERVO Active at home.

For hygiene reasons, however, we cannot put a used blender back on sale as a new product.

The refunded amount therefore corresponds to the extent of use of the product after inspection.

When returning goods, please follow these steps:

Restore the product to its original condition.
Include all accessories and documents in the parcel.
Pack the goods carefully, ideally in the original undamaged packaging, to prevent possible damage during transport.

Send the goods no later than 30 days after receipt via Packeta to the address: Petra Bezruče 1031, Valtice – branch: Svět pohádek a strašidel
We will refund the money for the goods to your bank account within 14 days.
